Now offering Pre-License Classes for North Carolina!
New for 2024! Brewer Insurance school now offers Live Pre-License Insurance courses for North Carolina! These Live North Carolina Pre-License Insurance classes are given Via Zoom. Each class will be offered two weeks every month, starting with Property and Casualty in March. North Carolina Pre-License Adjuster classes will be offered beginning in April, followed by Life Accident and Health Pre-License classes in May.
Classes are $349.00 and include all of the instruction, materials and online practice tests necessary to pass the first time. There is nothing extra to purchase. Tuition covers both Property Agents and Casualty Agent or both Life agent and Accident & Health Agent or Adjuster. Our program is designed to allow students to take one course and be prepared to pass both of the North Carolina exams, required per each line of authority. Classes are offered via Zoom, and are available twice each month. Each course is Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00 and Friday from 8:00 - 12:20. Once the course is complete students will take a final test, which they must pass to earn an examination ticket for the state examination. Final tests may be taken again on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
Students who do not pass the state examination may return to class at no charge for up to 90 days from their first day of class. This includes access to our practice test module too. We call this our 90-day Class Until You Pass program. This allows for a worry free investment in your education!
The Live Classroom Pre-license course follows the course outline of the North Carolina Department of Insurance. It provides the student with the information needed to pass the North Carolina State Examination to become licensed to sell Property, Casualty, Surety and Marine Policies. This includes policies for Automobiles, Homes, Boats and Commercial Packages to name a few. The topics covered by this traditional classroom course include over 11 major topics and 58 subtopics. Topics such as Insurance Regulation, General Insurance, Property Insurance Basics, Dwelling Policies, Homeowners Policies, Personal and Commercial Auto Policies, Commercial Package Policies and Workers Compensation Policies are examples of the topics addressed. Each course includes a professional instructor approved by the North Carolina Department of Insurance. The cost of this class includes your Brewer Insurance School Property, Casualty, Surety and Marine Text Book, an on-line practice testing tool and student packet with diagrams and worksheets.
