Live Classroom

We offer live classes in two formats—through webinars online and through our classes in four locations across South Carolina. This approach includes four days of instruction, your textbook, practice testing in the classroom, homework assignments, and an online practice testing tool.

Live Webinar

We broadcast our live classes for Life, Accident and Health Producer; Property, Casualty, Surety and Marine Producer; Property, Casualty, Surety and Marine Adjuster; and Continuing Education Classes from our Columbia and Greenville classrooms to the internet for our students to view/attend from the convenience of their home or office.

All that is required is a computer (laptop, iPad, desktop, or tablet) that has a microphone, speakers, and a camera.

During the registration process, the student will receive a confirmation with a link to click on to “enter the classroom” and they will be able to see, hear, and talk to the instructor in a live, real-time environment just like they were sitting in the classroom.

Live Classroom

Self Study

We know that different people prefer different methods of learning. So we provide two methods of self-study classes--online and textbook.

Online

Online courses have different benefits depending on the package you choose. When you select and pay for the Online course of your choice, within minutes you will receive an email with your User Name and Access Code included. These are your keys to immediate access to the online material and you may begin at will.

Textbook

Correspondence Pre-Licensing Education is for the self-motivated person. If you can read a book and immediately understand well enough to pass an exam without any outside help, this is the right fit for you.

Convert-to-Class

Brewer Insurance Information Service is the only South Carolina Pre-Licensing Insurance Education Sponsor who offers the opportunity to convert from a Correspondence or Online Course to a Traditional Classroom. The only cost to you is the difference in what you paid and the cost of the Traditional Classroom tuition. If you have started one of our Textbook or Online Courses and you find that time or outside interruptions have become an issue, we can give you the opportunity to focus on the material in our classroom. When you purchase any self study course, you automatically get the option to “Convert-to-Class” should you find you need assistance completing the course or passing the state exam.
