The Self-Study Pre-licensing course follows the course outline provided by the North Carolina Department of Insurance. It provides the student with the information needed to pass the North Carolina State Examination to become licensed to sell Life, Accident, and Health Insurance. This includes individual and group policies for Life Insurance, Annuities, Medical, Dental, and Disability Income to name a few. The topics covered by this traditional classroom course include over 15 major topics and 55 subtopics. Topics such as Insurance Regulation, General Insurance, Life Insurance Basics, Life Insurance Policies, Annuities, Disability Income, and Related Insurance are examples of the topics addressed.
